I had a few problems not receiving a mystery box that I had ordered. I got in touch, and the team were so helpful and apologetic, a new box was despatched to me straight away. I was advised that I should receive my mystery box in the next 48 to 72 hours and it arrived within the time I was promised. Cannot fault this company at all, they handled my issue and it was resolved immediately. Thank you so much

Fantastic customer service, had a small problem with my address that was my fault, had a speedy reply to sort the problem out and my parcel was delivered 2 days later, even had a call from the company to make sure I had received the parcel.
Would definitely recommend and will buy again.

I bought some last year for the grandkids, they loved them so I have done the same again this year. They rang me to ask if it was for the same people and they have mixed it up a bit so as not to get repeat presents.very polite and helpful, also very quick delivery. Will be using again for different events.

Fantastic Mystery Box.
Stuffed full of awsome items. Definitely worth way more than the cost of the box.

Definitely worth the money spent.

This arrived very well packaged and in good condition. The contents of the box were well varied and definitely met the £50 price tag and more. I definitely recommend getting a box…ours will be donated to a local charity and we will hopefully add to it with some boy, girl, men, women boxes too….

What a wonderful surprise the box was amazing. There was at least 30 items in my box and one item alone was worth £40 on Amazon.. All the items in the box were very very good and all useful for me.I have just ordered another box a gardening one this time and I will definetly order many more in the future they are going to make wonderful birthday/mothers day presents etc

We used this company as a different idea for our valentines , first time ever buying mystery boxes. It was amazing , we loved the experience of opening it up and picking one item each to see what we got. We bought the £30 and it is definitely worth the money. We bought mans, woman and home one. Really we would use practically everything in it. It was from cosmetics, electronics, candles , lights , kitchen ware. Really happy with this company. Very pleased and will definitely use this company again. Thank you very much xx
