Delivery Information
Small Parcel Delivery
Your items are being delivered by one of our parcel carriers to the entrance door of your dwelling, or to the front door of your apartment building. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.
Dispatch Costs
- A Free delivery service is included with each purchase.
- We do not accept orders from Ireland and outside the UK currently
Delivery Estimation
- We aim to deliver your mystery box within 1-2 days. However, please, allow up to 5 working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays for it to arrive.
